We don’t know how they did it, but it seems the Russians have developed a technology that allows them to control cats with a Nintendo Entertainment System gamepad.
There’s really no other rational explanation for what’s going on in the video below.
The title of the video, which went up on YouTube on December 19, suggests that this cat is “scared” of the sound Mario makes while he jumps. I suppose that is actually a more rational explanation.
On a somewhat related note, did you know that the Japanese have mastered the art of mimicking the Mario jump sound with their nose?
Might want to slow down on the drinks, ladies. You know a Japanese party is about to get wild when people start Mario-jumping with their nose.
